MS365-connector: Eintrag bei Nutzung myApps Connector for Microsoft 365
Hallo,
ein Kunde von uns fragt folgende Funktion in Verbindung mit MS-Teams an.
Der myApps Connector for Microsoft 365 setzt den Telefon Status auf "Am Telefon" somit bekommt der Anrufer ein Besetzt signalisiert.
Er hätte gerne dass er diesen entgangenen Anruf während der Teams Sitzung signalisiert bekommt, in der Anruferliste des Telefons und in der angeschalteten TAPI Applikation.
Er sollte natürlich auch bei myApps Nutzung in der CallList angezeigt werden.
Bitte den "myApps Connector for Microsoft 365" so anpassen dass ein Eintrag in den Ruflisten erzeugt wird wenn man sich in einem Teams Meeting befindet.

A customer requests the following function in relation to MS Teams.
The myApps Connector for Microsoft 365 sets the phone status to "On phone" so the caller gets a busy signal.
He would like to have this missed call signalled during the Teams session, in the caller list of the phone and in the connected TAPI application.
Of course, it should also be displayed in the CallList when using myApps.
Please adjust the "myApps Connector for Microsoft 365" so that an entry is created in the call lists when you are in a Teams meeting.
