LDAPApi: Use additional information via link / Zusätzliche Informationen per Link nutzen
Scenario
Information provided via the data sources can sometimes only be used indirectly. For example, entries displayed in the phone/softphone app from search results or the call history can contain further information such as a mail or web address within the details, but these cannot be used by clicking on them.
Suggestion
It would be great if entries from attributes such as email or URL could be provided as links, for example to open the standard MAPI for a new mail or the browser for the stored URL. Alternatively, perhaps an implementation like in the Contacts app would be possible, so that after selecting a value, a button is provided to choose the next action:
