Silent/Smooth Transfer between own Devices
We have Customer requests to have Silent/Smooth Transfer between the Devices of one User. E.g., to change the call from a Softphone to Hardphone, or from a Hardphone to a Smartphone without interruption of the call.

Hi Tobias,
isn't the park feature an option for this? Park the call from the active device and unpark the call from the other device.

Hi Roland,

this is not silent. State of the art is it, if there is no pause at audio and the other party does not notice the device change.
