We encountered a situation during a innovaphone basic training where a colleague accidentally deleted the 'Config User' template in the PBX Manager. Since all user settings are based on this template, it had significant consequences for the basic setup of the system. Manual recovery would have been impossible without prior backups of the settings.

Therefore, one possible solution for future releases could be to restrict the ability to delete or disable the base templates 'Config User' and 'Config Admin' allowing only modifications.
