RCC with two softphones
Hello,

i have one user with two PCs, on each a installed myApps Client with the same softphone app is startet. Then i start a call in PCs 1 and then do a second Call with RCC UserCall for that RCC connected userId.
But it looks like that the call will only be displayed in the last opened softphone app. So if the softphone on the PC 2 is started at last, then the call will be displayed in that softphone.
If the softphone app in the myApps Client on PC1 was started at last, then the 2nd call (initiated with RCC) will be displayed in this (correct) softphone.

What i am doing wrong or have to change that the call always will be displayed/connected in the right softphone?

Re: RCC with two softphones
Hello Daniel,

in case the same "hardware id" (registration name) is used to register both of the softphones, it is not possible for the PBX to distinguish between this two registrations while controlling it via RCC.

The PBX can handle multiple devices registered on a user object by using different "hardware id" for each registration, but can not handle multiple registrations on the same "hardware id".

Controlling the both registrations is only possible locally via EpSignal, but not remotely via PBX/RCC.

If you want to control two softphones on same user via RCC, you must create two softphone devices on this user and use different on different PCs.

Would it be a solution for your case?
