What is the best way to setup a survey after a call
Hello,

Whats is the best way to setup set up a satisfaction survey after a phone call (5 questions to be answered by the caller) ?
My first idea was to proceed by setup this by waiting queues but it seems long and tedious to set up

Hi, I think the easiest way to do this is with a voicemailscript. You can record the announcements with the Universal Call Recording Tool and store the DTMF inputs in variables.
The collected information can then be sent by email.

But when you explain "store the DTMF inputs in variables" --> How do you proceed ?
