A client of ours has a request. He, like many others, uses the local Outlook Contacts Resolution.

He noticed, that on Contacts marked as Favorites in your Softphone/Phone-App, when they recieve a call (and you have turned on the "Calls with Number" visibility option) you only see the Number that they are talking to and not the name, even if you have the same Number saved in your local Outlook Contacts.

When using an external LDAP Contact Book (and i think also with the Innovaphone Contacts App) the Number is translated to the Name. Probably because the PBX does the translation.
With the local Outlook Contacts this is not the case.

Thus i would like to see the option to enable/disable the Name resolution for calls that don't directly ring your user, but that you have visibility on. Like with the Pickup on your Favorites.
