Hello Innovaphone Team,
i noticed that the Kuando-App with physical Busy-Light only monitors the default phone configured in MyApps. Innovaphone Supports confirmed this in Ticket 374024.

A user would expect that the busylight will not monitor a specific "soft/hardphone" but the state of the whole extension.(Like the MyApps Favorits.)

Additionally, when the M365-Sync sets the presence "on-the-phone" for an extension, his busylight stays green, but the MyApps Favourite is red with "on-the-phone".
