Switchboard: Presentation BFL groups
The BFL teams, which can be created on the left side, should be visually better distinguishable (e.g. color / bold marked etc.). So more important groups are visible faster... Certain companies have a lot of different internal teams or groups, which then makes the whole thing quickly confusing.

Hi Raphael,

The following options are available at the moment in the BLF.
  • Add a group and give it a name
  • Add users, contacts to the BLF groups
  • Sort the groups to your personal preference
  • collapsing or unfolding the group
  • small view of detailed view
  • docked in or docked out view
On top of this, the customer need a separation for better visually based on color/bold Marked ? what is etc.?

Could be a group name in Capital characters or adding some additional info to the group name, maybe already supply sufficient recognition of a different group?
Collapsing less used groups can improve it as well.

Hi Karl

just had a discussion yesterday with a customer (User of old Operator v9). he has a very big BLF with "group concept". You can check ticket ###386577###. there is a picture of it to have an idea what this user like to have also in the switchboard BLF.
