When we did the upgrade, we came from 13r3sr14 to 14r1sr2.

So, after upgrade, we tried to install Connect and it was not working correctly... fake notifications in the icon badge. So, my co-worker excluded the Messages instance, and added again, then the problem on Connect was solved... and also, all the old messages and logs for investiation too .

But I'll verify it in our next upgrade.
