RCC API not reporting calls
Are there any config options, that could prevent the RCC API from reporting calls?
The initialisation of the users seems to work.

{"api":"RCC","mt":"UserInitialize","cn":"Beispiel","src":"srcID"}

{"api":"RCC","src":"srcID","mt":"UserInitializeResult","user":15,"prefixIntl":"000","prefixNtl":"00","prefixSubs":"0","country":"49","maxIntern":4,"tones":1}

When the obj gets calls nothing gets reported by the RCC API. Why could that be? (this works on all platforms we have tested except for one customer, also no errors are reported)

Could you give us a little bit more informationen ?

/// {"api":"RCC","mt":"UserInitialize","cn":"Beispiel","src":"srcID"}

=> would be send to the PBX where the User with Longname "Beispiel" is located. If there is not such user, you will get UserInitializeResult, but would not have a connection to a user.

Also if you have a master - slave PBX Scenario, it could be, that your message is send to the wrong pbx.

Except of that, if you have the connection to the right pbx and an existing user, with a registred device, you should see some messages.

I think I found the problem. It was the master-slave PBX Scenario. I'm currently waiting for a reply from the customer.
