you can act as com.innovaphone.calllist - Provider, but with that you are not able to create your own UI in this area.
You have only the possability to fill the calllist Area with entries.
I have created a Feature Request for this Requirements.

Display html iframe in softphone which is always visible. Custom Area
It would be nice to have an area for custom HTML in the Phone/Softphone/RCC App UIs for App Developers.
For example:
- Groupmonitor
- Own Calllist U
- present candidates for the next outgoing calls
- So the users could work in one UI without changing into Partner App frontends.
