Dear All,
We are trying a test for a project which require a large number of external user, as guest, which provide a self-registration. The self-registration, using the User Admin Interface, assign a couple of parameters to this users, using the pre-assigned config template.
We need to obtain an omogeneous group for this users, to allow, for example to automatically assign (using the group feature) a predefined Zone in the Connect App where We have configured a zone like connect?definedzone, which will be assigned to a specific users group that corresponding to this external, self-registered users.
The configuration for each of this user, of the group name, manually, could be an activity that is not only extremely tedious, but prone to errors, which with such a large number of users, even difficult to prevent or correct.
So the possibilities to include in the config template (as for the normal user object or as in config template itself for the visibility), also a predefined group, may be a great help.
