Presence - offline status
Hello,
we repeatedly have problems with customers discussing and understanding the offline status.
Please integrate solutions for the users so that this can be handled differently.
The whole status issue is only ever viewed from the perspective of myApps. If everyone always used myApps, it would “work”, but pure DECT users, for example, are always declared as offline even though they are present. No distinction is even made here as to whether the device is registered or not, always the same offline status.
The same with desk phones etc.
