iCE

iCE: Acronym for innovaphone Convergence Engineer.

The iCE is a technician specially trained to design and operate innovaphone solutions. Employment of at least one iCE is a requirement for becoming an innovaphone Authroized Reseller (iAR).

ICE: Acronym for Interactive Connectivity Establishment

A scheme to support NAT Traversal defined in www.png RFC 5245 (A Protocol for NAT Traversal for Offer/Answer Protocols). It allows RTP for communication between two peers in most (if not any) NAT scenarios (e.g. even if both peers are behind NAT).
