shorten the number on display
Hi All,
I would like to shorten the dialling in numbers on the phones display, and do not show the country code when it is from Germany. I mean instead of showing :
00049160******* shows 0160********

The current configuration has been attached to this message. where and how can I do this?

PS: 711 is the area code

Hello Seyed,

I would suggest doin this with the Numbermaps in the Gateway -> SIP-Section.

I attached the map u need.

For Calling Party Number

International (00) 49 results in 0

Keep in mind that u cant call back this Number without inserting the 0 for the trunk, so i would suggest

International (00) 49 -> 00

It was helpful, but if I use your last suggestion : International 49 -> 00 ,
then it shows for 000160****, but I think It must only show 00160**** .

Therefore I took your first suggestion : 0049-> 0 , in this case it shows 00160**** and as a result, i can call back to this number .
