v13sr15 web admin: cannot change user object settings any more

Hi there,

Since we upgraded to v13sr15, we are no longer able to change the setting of a User object as the "Apply" and "OK" button are absent from the configuration page.

Could you please advise how to fix this issue?

Hi Josie,

looks as if you logged in as viewer, as you do not have these buttons then.

Try another browser which doesn't remember any passwords from this PBX and login as admin user. Does it still looks like this then?

Thank you for the quick response!

I tried logging in from another machine which I never used to access Innovaphone web admin, the same result - read only.

Hi Josie,

Could you try to login with a chrome browser or/and icognito page

and open the URL with your IPaddress https://x.x.x.x/admin.xml?xsl=admin.xsl

If you go to a different tab then at first the login page should appear and it should ask for the credentials to login.
Use an Admin account for login.

To verify if you use an Admin account go to General, Admin and check if the account where logged in with has Admin rights and is not setup as a viewer.

If you login with your personal user account,

Does this error happen with all user objects or only with your own User Object as shown in the sreenshot?

Hi Karl,

The issue has been sorted: the email address of a user account was wrongly set to the admin account. Once I corrected this, everything works perfectly.
