Missed call email notification

Hi,

is it possible to have missed call email notification per user?

I didn't find this feature. A customer used this feature with old IPBX Wildix and wanted to use again with Innovaphone.

Hello,

The better thing would be to have this feature like describe by François AND the possibility to receive a report (each our or each day, or just possible to setup the hour) with the missed call not recall

Example: when you receive a call on a group, it marked like missed on several deskphone but perhaps one of them callback the caller. The other need to be inform

Hello Francois

The functionalitiy isn't available in V13. I had the same issue and solved it with a workaround using a Voicemail instance with email-notification. With this a user can decide between a usual voicemail box or an voicemail notification.

I think this could meet your goal.

thanks for your answer but i don't think the customer wants to use it like you describe.

Customer would like to receive an email for each missed call without having an overflow on voicemail.

Note: if I am not wrong, email notification is done only if the caller reaches the voicemail box. If caller hangs up during voicemail announcement, no email notification is send and customer didn't receive missed call email notification.

Thank you for your help, maybe this feature is planned in a future version.

We created a such service for some years ago:

running on Linux AP (previous v13) as a cron job (php)
checking reporting database
send e-mail about not answered calls to a WQ or user objects which are member of the group "un-answered-email".
Possible to set minimum call duration time.

If you want, I can send you the php script for free, but if you want some assistant from us, we have to invoice consultants hour.

your solution sounds great. My colleagues also miss this features since we replaced Estos Procall with Innovaphone PBX.

I agree with you. We are at the integrator base but if webinars could be offered based on Innovaphone scripting, we could try to get started
