[Implemented] myApps: sign for call diversions
myPBX has an orange bar which notifies that a call diversion is active. This is missing in myApps phone/softphone app. A sign would be enough, if the sign would be also a shortcut to the call diversions, it would be even better.

Sign should also displayed in case of active forking. E.g. button for profile app could be changed from grey to orange.

With the 13r3 call forwards (display and configuration) are shown in the myApps Phone and Softphone App. You can also define CF at your favourite menu and also access the diversion menu from the phone and softphone App
