Phone IP110 bug?
Dear Community,

I'm using a telephone Innovaphone IP110. I have to insert a number for direct dialing. 
On user guide of the phone, I saw that this option is at this target menu:
menu key -> phone setup -> direct dial

But when I press the menu key I don't see the voice "phone setup", as you can see by my attached image.

Do you know why I don't see the phone setup voice? Is it a bug?

Firmware version is 7.00 hotfix 31. I can't access to web interface of the IP110.

Hello,
pleae can you try the latest V7 firmware (Firmware V7.00 hotfix40)
would be better to make an update to the current version 11 because the version 7 will no longer be supported.

see fish-help.png Administration/Phone/Protect. In the worst case, you can reset the phone to factory defaults.

Is there a way for enable the Administration menu via password without do a factory reset? (I know the password).

you should be able to do it with the WEB UI. If you cannot find out the IP address of the device it is going to be difficult though.

so there isn't a way for unlock the administrator menu via phone pad? 
(I can't access via web interface for remote control limits).
