we are thinking of implementing something like you ask for, but this is not really planned in to any release for now. After all, the PBX can't send an email when its down so you need a separate monitoring system.

You may want to have a look at nagios (or one of the myriads of nagios look-alikes). We are using it internally and it receives any cold-start SNMP trap, gathers the trap traces and sends it to development (this is quite useful, as we are using an eat-your-own-dogfood strategy here ). Not rocket science to set up.

Our PBX can send Log and also Alaram/event with different methods (CF-card, SysLog, HTTP) which contains all informations (Registration issue, interface issue etc)

My idea behind this is that you can send these informations to an HTTP server and then you can easily retrieve the informations and with some extra code in PHP send the content of an HTTP folder to an e-mail address. Furthermore, to continue my idea, you can parse files and select only the right informations to send via e-mail.
