myPBX (android & iOS) calling contacts from the local phone
Hello together!

I am currently running into a problem with my current setup.

All of my "myPBX" clients can not dial a number in the E.164 format.

For example:
I want to dial a local (saved on the device itself) contact with my android client and because it is saved as +43<number> the app starts dialing "43<number>".
Because of this, I get the error message "number unknown" (makes sense).

Now what doesn't make sense is the fact that the client is dialing without the "+"

I can't find any config options to make dialing with "+" possible.

Please tell me that I overlooked something and that this is not a bugbig grin

You have to set the dialing loacation at the phone settings of the user object (or better at the template) at Directories -> Dialing Location.

Thanks 2!

I notice that the 0 is added when calling a contact.
But what if the client enters the same phone number manually (in national format)? The extra 0 is not added in front and the call will fail.
Isn't the option "Max Internal Number Length" used for this to detect what is an external or an internal number?
