I think thats not possible at a easy way. Maybe its possible with the gateway-routing, but you can't bring a internal call to the gateway. Innovaphone follows the classical step by step phone dialing. That means that the phone number is checked from left to right until there is a match. Every digit after this will ignored (if the object not wants following digits). This classical way works for every situaion. I know, there are other systems that allow a extension 3301 and another extension 330101 but they have all problems in different situations. Phones are designed to work without a return-key, so the have some different rules like computers. Niels
