RCC::UserCtrlCall
Hi, there is a new method at RCC named UserCtrlCall which has no corresponding method at SOAP API and no documentation. Which service does this method provide?

Actually this method provides no purpose. It exists in the SOAP API as well and was an experimental implementation, which was remove again. Only the empty sceleton remained. By accident it found its way into the RCC documenation.
