IP811-BRI5 is not shown under "Gateway" and also unter "Routes"

Hi,

I have a problem with the IP811. The interface BRI5 is not shown under ->Gateway ->Interfaces and also not unter ->Gateway ->Routes.
The BRI5 interface is only seen under ->Interfaces here you can switch the interface to "NT-Mode" and you can modify the "Protocol".
But I need the BRI5 fo a customer which have now 5 T0's over ISDN and the provider "Deutsche Telekom" switched the ISDN to SIP. So I need the IP811 as mediakonverter from SIP to ISDN. And the IP811 provides 5 BRI-interfaces.

I use V13R1 SR3

Unter V12r2 SR23 was the same issue.

Did you have a licence for all 5 BRI Interfaces?

No, now I now have 4 BRI licenses, but 1 new is ordered.

Yes the issue was the Licens. As I put in the missed Licenses I could choose the BRI5.

Sorry in the training we only worked with "Testmode" so this problem din't appeared to me.

can check how many BRI licenses you have installed?

Is BRI5 shown when enabeling test mode?

EDIT: i only recieved an email from the forum, not showing the previous posts, so this is a not relevant awnser.. but correct it seems
