Softphone: Full HD Application Sharing via WebRTC
Hello,
We are using an online conference room (similar to https://conference.innovaphone.com/?room=030) that supports application sharing, but the quality is not fitting the customers needs.
a customer would realy enjoy full HD support for innovaphone's application sharing via webRTC. The German innovaphone support told me that it's maybe possible to improve the quality using v13 ("In V13 haben wir die Übertragung anders/besser ohne Flaschenhals im Telefon gelöst, sodass wir da möglicherweise die Qualität nach oben anpassen können. Aktuell wäre mir hier keine Änderung bekannt. Wenn in dieser Sache Bedarf ist, würde ich Sie bitten den Bedarf hier im Forum kommunizieren").
Will innovaphone support HD application sharing in the future? HD quality seems to be the minimal standard that customers expect.
