[Implemented] Conference: Announcement/AudibleSignal when a participant joins
There is no signal/announcement when a new participant joins the conference..
Please change this, a lot of customer expect this feature!

A notification sound is played for each participant joining the room and for each chat messages as well. These notifications can be turned off by the user in the settings page available in the UI
