PBX/Objects/Edit Profiles: maximum allowed entries number

Hello, a customer has added a bunch o favorites numbers on his IP phone. At the moment he has entered 32 numbers but he cannot add any additional number. I suspect that there is a limit on the maximum favorites number a user can add on his IP phone but it seems that this limitation is not documented. Are my suspicions correct or it may be another cause?

A documentation of this limitation is hard to find. You can es a hint here: http://wiki.innovaphone.com/index.php?title=Reference12r2:Concept_myPBX#Favourites

‚The user can add up to 32 phone numbers or SIP URIs as favourites. The favourites appear in myPBX for quick access. Also the presence and the calls are monitored and displayed, if possible. The user can create multiple lists of favourites and switch between them.‘

The Favourites a limited by the PBX and so it ist the same on the phone. There is no change of this in V13.

Would it be possible to implement the possibility to increase this maximum number? We receive a lot of requests by customer that reach this boundary and would like to add more contacts...

I think there will be no change.
I‘m afraid that the answer is to use the myApps in V13, because to keep the load of presence messaging away from PBX.
