Ring Filter maximum entries
Can a ring filter be assigned to +- 10 external "field engineers" cellphone numbers?
In other words, is it possible to add more than 5 external numbers in the Ring Filters configuration?

Sorry, it is not possible, the max number of Ring Filter entries is 5

Not sure about your application but you may come up with an XML script doing something useful. See http://download.innovaphone.com/ice/wiki-src/ for some ideas.

Eventually I could achive it by using inbound callrouting of all engineers cellphone numbers to a seperate WQ, and used that WQ to assing a ring filter. smile
