SIP REFER call transfer not working anymore on V13 unregistered SIP trunk
Dear Innovaphone support,
I noticed following regression between V12 and V13: call transfer via SIP-REFER is not working anymore on an unregistered SIP-trunk.
Please find attached 2 network traces.
In the first trace (on V12, call transfer is working): hardphone 205 dials the IVR on extension 914.
The IVR sets up a consultation call to hardphone 204, and transfers both calls.
The second trace does the exact same thing, but now on a V13 system, with different numbers.
Hardphone 89 calls the IVR on extension 9200. The IVR sets up a consult call to extension 30 and transfers the calls.
This fails : device 30 has "temporary failure" on it's display and hears a kind of busy tone.
Device 89 is still connected to the IVR.
When the IVR registers itself to the PBX, the call transfer still succeeds on a V13 as well.
