[Implemented] Devices: Possibility of using old V12 Updateserver after V13 Provisioning
Hi Innovaphone,

in a lot of Installations I need to use the old V12 UpdateServer, after V13 Provisioning.

Because I need to push advanced config settings to the phones such as:
- fine graded function locking
- ringtones
- no IPv6
- recording URl
- some flags at the phone e.g. "no phys location - in some scenarios"
and so on..

Please offer a possibility to push after the V13 Provisioning a UpdateURL to the devices via the Device app!

or with the v13 concept:
possibility to write config strings into a device config, let's called something like "expert configuration".
with just the Description, Apply to all or Categories like in the other config types and then just a text field which can be used to type the config strings into it which should be provisioned to the categories

in this case we don't need an extra file on an extra file app....

With the v13r3 Devices App now have an expert console available as device configuration.
You can basically push your favourite command via this expert console.
The expert configuration is applied at the end of all Devices configuration.
