VS 2019 with SDK 13R2 v2.0.33.0 Installation Routine Error
Hi Everybody


is there an issue with the new installer of the Innovaphone SDK 13R2 for VS2019?

Here my Error Message:

Setup Failed:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object


This comes up in the Process:

That's weird. Did you tried to make an update or a new clean installation? Also may I ask you to post the complete log file for additional information?

Hello,

check out your Firewall. I had problems installing the SDK because of our firewall policies...maybe this will do the trick

The firewall trick didn't work. The log shows the download from the resource download.iinovaphone. Or the download must come from store.innovaphone ?

According to the log you're using Windows 7, which we won't support anymore. You can try to install the .net 4.6 runtime and it may help, but there is no guarante. Can't you update to Windows 10? As far as I know the free upgrade from Windows 7 still works.
