Visual Studio 2022 installation

I have installed Visual Studio 2022 and then the SDK as per the manual, but when I create a new project I cannot find the innovaphone App. and innovaphone SDK.

Hello Giulio,

the Visual Studio 2022 is not supported yet. We have to implement a new VS Plugin version with 64-bit support first.

I would suggest, you take a community edition of the 2019 version instead.

In my Visual 2017 , when creating new proyect it does not appear the option 'Innovaphone APP' .

why?

Hello Miguel,

our Visual Studio SDK Plugin supports only Visual Studio 2019 at the moment.

You can use the community edition of VS 2019 instead of 2017 for innovaphone projects

( if your company is not really big one https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/de/license-terms/vs2022-ga-community/ ).

Thanks , I have tried with Visual 2017, 2019 and 2022.

I read in the documentation :

"After installing Visual Studio, run the innovaphone SDK setup (or run it again if already done), to install the Visual Studio extension. "

How can I get the "innovaphone SDK Setup" ?

Hello Miguel,

under https://store.innovaphone.com navigate to "Software" tab and download latest version (132940 at the moment) of the "innovaphone SDK Setup" installation file.

It will download latest SDK files and install it on your PC, including Visual Studio Plugin.

You can run this installation file later to update your SDK when a newer version of SDK is released (usually every month together with a firmware service release).
