self signed Certificate - blank site
Hello,

we recognized that when myApps is opend direct in browser we can link to a website with a self signed certifcate, and follow the steps to accept it. But if we do the same in the windows installed myApps Client, then we see only a white page in a new open myApps window.
Is there a possibility to fix that?

Re: self signed Certificate - blank site
Hello Daniel,

could you check what happens exactly via developer tools (right click -> inspect) of the myApps client?

I mean, the self signed certificate should not be a problem here, cause the Chomium Browser in the myApps client uses App Proxy (https://wiki.innovaphone.com/index.php?title=Reference13r2:Concept_myApps_platform_services#App_Proxy).

Re: self signed Certificate - blank site
Hello Andreas,

when the URL with the self signed certificate is requested the deveoloper tool shows under network in the Request Headers "Provisional headers are shown" and "Upgrade-Insecure-Requests: 1".

Are this the infos that explain the problem?

Re: self signed Certificate - blank site
Hello Andreas,

i tried it with a link in an app that we have programmed. But i also tried it with a new simple created plain website objekt in the PBX (PBX>Objects>new App Object...) with the same url.
For me it is the same behavior, maybe with this information you could try it with a network device with a self signed certificate in your environment.

Re: self signed Certificate - blank site
Hello Daniel,

I have tried to reproduce already - it works for me. I have a self signed certificate on the App Platform and use myApps launcher.

This must be something else.

A complete console log would be helpful. The info about "Upgrade-Insecure-Requests: 1" is too short. It seems you have WebSocekt connection already? Than it is not an SSL problem.
