3.rd party SIP Clients/ register with Password to Innovaphone

Hello.

Seeing it is difficult to register 3.rd part SIP Clients to Innovaphone PBX, using password.

A registration without psw works, but is not very secure.

In Innovaphone Logging / SIP Registration you see:

Rejected - Reason=Digest authentication failed

Anybody know the isssue? Any workaround ?

It seems to me that it's a simply password wrong

However...

If i remember rightfully, with SIP Standard 2... the server wait that the client makes 2 attempts.

Try 1 = Digest Auth Fail...

Try 2 = Digest OK

This behavior can be disabled modifying the config adding "/disable-digest-replay-check" to the protocol you use.

An Example:

config change SIP /disable-digest-replay-check /log on

config change TSIP /disable-digest-replay-check /log on

config change SIPS /disable-digest-replay-check /log on

maybe you could try.
