phone app caching problem

Hello Andreas,

cloud we get a feedback if the communicated caching problem in the phone app, when using the Callinfo from the phone api, is fixed?

Because we think, that it is not fixed in V13r3 sr3.

the Bug will probably be fixed in the sr6 release.

Do you need a build to test beforehand?

Hello Melvin,

that would be great, because we do some app updates with workarrounds. So it will be better to test it before our workarrounds crashes with sr6.

Hello Melvin,

we test the dvl firmware and the original "caching" problem should be solved, but now there is another "problem".

When the call is taken the information we show in the phone app will be refreshed every 3 seconds. When the call is ringing and not answered (taken), there is no refreshing every 3 seconds.

We test it in a browser myApps softphone.

It would be greate if you could fix it.

Hi Daniel,

im not exactly sure what you mean, do you mean the CallInfo being "set" every 3 seconds?

If so, we will fix this issue, do you want a new DVL-Build for testing purposes?

Hello, we want to inform you, that we recognize that the 3 second refresh should be build in the official 13r3 sr5 on internal calls.
