Re: myApps 13r3 - Call List Android not loading
Hi there,
the service is accessed via http/https on your app platform.
Provided you already have a pbx and app platform including the basic services up and running:
- app platform with reporting service installed and running,
- calllist and calllist-api app are connected to the pbx (in PBX Manager - AP reporting)
- the pbx is sending cdrs to app platform (Gateway - CDR0 or CDR1 - Log server set up with https to APP and matching credentials)
- users are allowed to use the call list (calllist & calllist-api are activated within the user object or the corresponding config template)
users should then be able to access the calllist from devices within the directly connected network. When using (mobile) devices in a separate/public network, access has to be configured using a reverse proxy that is addressed by the external devices.
