Hello, this is a good point.
We are using the new M365-Sync App für presence sync with Teams and Kuando Busy Lights.
I have noticed that the M365-Sync sets the stat of the user to on-the-phone but the Kuando Light stays green. Also the myApps presence stays "Aviable". (note, Kuando Hub is only connected to Myapps on purpose)
