Hello,

In the screenshot you see on the left the Browser-Softphone. Here is no "indication" that the user has a "redirect on busy".

On the right is the same user in the myApps Softphone. Here you can see that a redirect is set.

Also in the myApps Softphone you can easily change the redirect (by pressing on the button). In the Browser-Softphone you have to edit the profile (you don't find this option easily).
