Perhaps one of you can help us.

On a Windows laptop, we have verify the setup of the notification. All seem to be good.

This setup is the same on all latop.
But on some Windows, the myApps popup and notification are not shown like here:


There is another setup that we forgot ? I suppose a setup located in the Windows (??) because the myApps setup is good and located in the PBX at the same location.
