Hello,

Did you have encountered some problem with your app with PBX in last version v14r1sr2 ?

Because one of our customers have a strange behaviour. No possible to use « SendNumber » app and after a stop and start of the instance, all seem to be ok.

We have the same issue with V13r3sr12.

Hi,

sadly our technician for this app is not available at the moment so it will take some time to take a deeper look into this.
Jean-Francois reached out to us via mail and additionaly provided us with a video of the issue.
We will analyse this issue and provide a fix asap!

I confirm that the issue is solved after the update smile Thanks.
@Maurice, do you know if it is possible (perhaps in the futur) to have the same function "sendNumber" for an internal call ?
For example, a technician work for the support desk and when the technician want to call a colleague, he want to display the support queue number and not this extension directly.
