Looped-in Scenario

The term looped-in refers to a scenario where a VoIP Gateway is installed into the trunk line of an existing legacy PBX for migration purposes.

Looped-In Scenario
This is as opposed to the tie-line scenario. Looping-in can also be used to implement trunk-line availability in master/slave scenarios:
